Hello and welcome to The Cookie Mill!

Founded in the New Forest and now based in heart of the Chilterns in Hertfordshire, we're proud to offer the most delicious and indulgent cookies in the known universe. All of our premium baked cookies come in various shapes, sizes, flavours and colours - but we guarantee one thing: they will absolutely leave you wanting more.

Cookies are perfect for when you want to surprise your loved ones with the perfect treat (or even better, treat yourself) - we will always be happy to send you our lovely products, and seeing the reaction they have on people puts a smile on our face.

Everything baked by The Cookie Mill is made to order for maximum freshness. After the perfect bake, cookies are sealed and securely packaged to get to you safely. Please note each cookie has its own personality so presentation may vary from pictures, but we guarantee they'll all taste incredible.

We currently post out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, any orders before 12pm on those days we will aim to dispatch same day.

Rich, Founder of The Cookie Mill

Hi, I'm Rich! I trained at the prestigious Leith's School of Food & Wine and I've worked in professional fine-dining kitchens. I've always had a passion for baking, and a massive love for cookies, so I founded The Cookie Mill in 2018 after deciding to follow my passion for baking and pastry.

I'm so happy to be able to share cookie love with the world, I hope you enjoy eating my creations as much as I enjoy baking them!

Hey! By day I'm a software architect working in the advertising industry, by night I'm a cookie monster!

I look after all technology and business operations, making sure everything runs smoothly - from the machinery in the kitchen to the website you're on now!

My favourite cookie is Apple Crumble!
