What are my options for delivery?
We currently offer the choice of either Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
While Royal Mail 24 nearly always delivers next day, if you would like cookies delivered on a specific day we recommend choosing Royal Mail Special Delivery - and please leave us a note when adding the item to your basket letting us know what date you would like the cookies delivered.
When will my order be despatched?
Our current postage days are Tuesdays & Thursdays each week. We will aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm on those days in the afternoon, however on busy days your order may take a little longer. We aim for all deliveries to arrive within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be despatched the following Tuesday.
Can I send a note with my order?
Yes you can! On each product page you can find a box for any gift messages or instructions for your order.
If you forget to include your note you can contact us and we'll happily include it for you.
Are your cookies really as delicious as they look?
Yes they really are. After extensive testing from our exclusive team of cookie tasters, we are confident you won't be disappointed.
Can you provide details on allergens used?
Absolutely. All of our products are labelled with the full ingredients used, both on the website and when packaged, with all allergens highlighted in bold text.
We advise all customers with allergies to read our allergen policy to get further details on how we handle allergens in our kitchen, and please contact us if you have any further concerns or queries.
Sizing details
Every cookie has its own personality so sizes, shapes and appearance may vary. One thing that doesn't vary is how moreish they are.
Care instructions
After baking, our cookies are wrapped individually before we ship them out to you. For maximum freshness we recommend that you keep cookies wrapped until you're ready to devour them! To get the most out of the shelf life of your cookies, we recommend keeping them in the fridge once you get them.
Cookies should stay fresh in their wrapping for up to 12-14 days, but let's be honest, you won't want to have them sat there looking at you for that long.
Our packaging and the environment
We’re very conscious of the environment so we’ve made sure that all of our packaging is recyclable or compostable.
Our cookies are wrapped in a new material called NatureFlex, a fully compostable biodegradable film made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. We then seal the bags using heat so no glue is needed.
The rest of our cardboard and paper packaging can be recycled in your home recycling bin, including the postal bag the cookies were delivered in.
Please dispose of our packaging responsibly.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes you can! Your cookies will last in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Freezing may affect the texture slightly but we can assure you they will still be just as delicious once defrosted.
Pro-tip: Warm the cookies for a few seconds in the microwave and grab some ice cream from the freezer for extra indulgence.
