We aim to bake all orders within 1-3 days of being placed and to deliver them within 2-4 business days. Cookies are being despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, we also have an option for Special Delivery at the checkout.

All of our baked products are printed with a best before date of 14 days after baking and should be consumed within that time frame for the best experience!

Please double check the postage address on your order to ensure correct delivery, unfortunately we can't replace perishable items that have been returned to sender due to incorrect addresses.
